Can I make my breasts larger?--

Although there are tons of products that claim to make your breasts larger (from special creams to exercise techniques), you should save your money: They don't work. The truth is that there's only one way to permanently change the size of your breasts - cosmetic surgery. And most doctors won't perform breast enlargement surgery until a person reaches 18. That's because the body takes time to develop and some girls develop later than others.
We've all gone through times when we didn't like parts of our bodies. Guys worry about the size of their penises, for example. These feelings are all part of normal development and the process of adjusting to our changing bodies. Even girls with large breasts have their own concerns. Some find that their backs or shoulders hurt and wish their breasts were smaller.
If you think you have a problem with your breasts, though, you might want to talk to your doctor or gynecologist. He or she can probably reassure you that you're developing normally.
