Visual problems can cause headaches, fatigue, concentration difficulties and irritability.Have your vision checked frequently. Undercorrected or overcorrected vision can strain your eyes and force you to lean forward to read the screen.If you were corrective lenses, ask about lenses that have a focal distance designed for working at a computer.Contact lense wearers should blink frequently and use eye moisturizing drops to avoid Ã?Â?dry eyeÃ?Â? syndrome.Investigate Vision Enhancement Training and exercises to strengthen your eyes and enhance your visual abilities.
